Salary Survey Results Studied by
Board |
 |
The NCAOA Board heard a report
on the salary survey study
completed on HCCBG Lead Agency
Directors at its meeting on
September 4.
Completed by Julie Bell, the
report reviewed the survey that
compiled and compared data
relative to compensation issues
for the Lead Agency Directors
who administer Home, Community
Care Block Grant funds in their
respective counties. A second
salary survey for Senior Center
Directors in the state has also
been completed, and will be
reported out in a similar
format.
After much discussion, the Board
decided to present the
methodology and the results of
these surveys in conjunction
with the Annual Conference April
