NCAOA Speaks for Aging with the NC General Assembly

NCAOA employs a Lobbyist to assist with promoting our annual Legislative Priorities.  Members of the Association Board speak at public hearings held by the Study Commission on Aging, and distribute copies of our Legislative Priorities to each member of the General Assembly.  Our lobbyist, Randolph Cloud, works daily on our behalf when the Legislature is in session, and keeps us informed of opportunities to further advance our objectives.

As issues come up for voting consideration, our members and constituents receive legislative alert emails asking for support. If you are a member of NCAOA you will automatically receive Legislative Bulletins from the Association.
